We are located in Santokh Tower, specifically Shop No 30, right in the King Koti area of Hyderabad. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite Slate School. You can usually hear the kids during their break times or when school lets out, which brings a bit of life to the street. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle travel bookings and tour planning. We don't have a big corporate setup, just some desks, chairs, and our computers. Most of the day is spent answering the phone and trying to find the best routes for people. It’s a lot of back and forth with different agencies and airlines. We deal with all sorts of travelers, from students to elderly people visiting family. We try to keep things simple and just tell people the facts about their travel options. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork because the daytime is too busy with people walking in. The tower itself is a bit of a landmark around here, so most people don't have trouble finding us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but our little shop stays pretty much the same. We focus on the work at hand and try to make sure every ticket is printed correctly before the customer leaves. It’s just a normal local business trying to do things right every day for the folks who live nearby.
