We are located in the YRS Complex at Barkatpura X Roads, right on the second floor. It’s a good spot in Hyderabad, directly opposite the ICICI Bank. The big thing for us is the air conditioning, which is a relief because it gets so dusty and hot outside on the main road. We mostly cater to women in the neighborhood who need their regular beauty work done. It’s a simple setup with a few rooms partitioned off for privacy and a main area for hair and threading. We have some plants near the entrance that we try to keep alive, though they don't get much sun inside the complex. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. You’ll often hear the ladies chatting about their day or sharing some neighborhood news. We keep the place clean, but since we're in an older building, it has its little quirks, like a door that squeaks or a tap that’s a bit finicky. It’s not a corporate chain, just a local business run by people who live nearby. We spend our mornings setting up the stations and our evenings finishing up the last few appointments. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years, so it feels more like a community space than just a shop where you pay for a service. We just do our work and try to keep everyone comfortable in the AC while they get their hair or skin taken care of.
