You can find us at Chikkedpally, at number 1-8-532. Royal Rao Regency is our little company. We do export and import work for various clients. It sounds a bit more formal than it actually is in person. In reality, it is just a few of us in a room with some phones and a printer that jams occasionally. We handle all kinds of goods. We spend a lot of time looking at shipping manifests and checking those long tracking numbers. The neighborhood is pretty active and there is always something happening. We like being here because everything we need is close by. We do not have a glossy brochure or a website with music. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes the cargo gets delayed at the port and we have to spend the whole day fixing the schedule. That is just how it goes in this trade. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive coffee. We just keep our heads down and do the work. We have been in Chikkedpally for a long time. Most people around here know who we are by now. We do not use any big corporate slogans or empty promises. We just talk like regular people because that is who we are. It is a decent living and we keep the business steady for everyone involved.
