Rela Farmer Producer Company Limited is a local group we started right here in Chinthuru. Our main spot is at House Number 4-66, and that is where we handle all the business side of things. Vrpuram is a quiet enough place, and most of the folks you meet around here are involved in farming one way or another. We decided to put this company together to help ourselves and our neighbors in the Khammam district. It isn’t some big, fancy operation with a lot of staff. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. It is usually just a few of us sitting around an old table, looking at farm records or talking about what to plant next. Being here in Telangana, we have to deal with the heat and the changes in the seasons just like everyone else does. We focus on the practical stuff, like getting supplies out to the fields or organizing the harvest when the time comes. It is a lot of work, but we have been doing it for years now so we are pretty used to the grind. You won't find any slick brochures or posters here. We just use plain talk with each other. If you come to the village, you can find us at the house address easily. People know us by name around these parts. We are just trying to keep our farming community going and make sure the harvest is decent for everyone.
