Rajkumar Sade

I’m Rajkumar Sade. Most days you’ll find me right here near the Hyderabad GPO. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing around with their letters and parcels. I’ve been working from this area for quite a while now. The 500001 postcode is like a second home to me. Honestly, it gets pretty loud with all the traffic, but you get used to it. People stop by, ask for things, and I just try to help out where I can. It’s not a fancy setup. Just a desk, some chairs, and the usual paperwork. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a quick break to talk about the weather or the cricket scores. The weather in Hyderabad can be a bit much, especially in the summer months, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. It isn't anything special, really. Just a regular day-to-day operation where we handle whatever comes through the door. I don't really have a big story to tell. It’s just me and a couple of others making sure things stay on track. If you happen to be near the head post office, you’ll likely see us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops open, old ones close, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s steady work. Nothing more, nothing less. Just trying to stay busy and do right by the folks who walk in. That’s pretty much how it goes around here.
