R R Architects

R R Architects is based in New Nallakunta, over in the Vidya Nagar area of Hyderabad. It’s a fairly residential part of town, which we like because it’s a bit calmer than the main business hubs. Our office is a simple setup with a few large tables for laying out plans and some computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time drinking coffee and looking at blueprints. The walls have some old projects pinned up, but mostly they’re just plain. We don’t really go in for fancy presentations. Usually, it’s just us sitting around talking about how to make a building work or fixing a drawing that isn't quite right. The neighborhood is nice, with plenty of small shops and trees along the streets. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now, so most of the locals know where we are. Parking can be a bit tricky on our street, but we usually manage to find a spot. It’s a quiet place to work, which helps when we need to concentrate. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We just focus on the projects at hand and try to keep things moving along. Sometimes the local cats wander into the courtyard outside.
