Priyanka Beauty is right in the middle of Begum Bazar, which is probably one of the most crowded parts of Hyderabad you could find. If you have ever been through these lanes, you know how much is going on with all the shops and people carrying goods back and forth. Our place is just one of many small spots squeezed into the market area. It is usually quite dusty outside because of all the construction and the sheer number of vehicles passing through the old streets. Inside, we try to keep things a bit more organized, but it is a small room so things get cluttered pretty fast with all the bottles and supplies we need. We do not have any big windows, so the lights stay on all day to make sure we can see what we are doing. The walls are painted a simple color that has faded a bit over the years. Most of our customers are women who are already out doing their shopping in the bazar and just need to sit down for a bit while they get their eyebrows or hair done. It is a lot of hard work being on your feet in such a noisy area, but the regulars make it easier because they always have some gossip or news to share. We have been here at 500012 for a good while, just doing the daily tasks that come with a beauty shop.
