Preeti Kutty

Preeti Kutty is based at Kruparama Apartments in Secunderabad. We are in unit SF-3. A.S. Rao Nagar is a pretty well-known part of the city, so people don’t usually have a hard time finding us. It’s an apartment building, not a commercial complex, so it feels more like a home than an office. We’ve set up our workspace in one of the rooms. It’s a bit tight when everyone is here at once, but we make it work. The building is a bit older, so it has its quirks, like the occasional plumbing issue or a flickering light in the hall. We don't mind it much. Secunderabad has a different feel than Hyderabad, a bit more laid back in some ways. We’ve got our files and our equipment all laid out on some basic tables. There’s no receptionist or fancy waiting area. If someone comes by, they just knock on the door of SF-3. We’ve been here long enough that the security guard knows us by name. It’s a quiet life for the most part. Preeti Kutty is just the name on the paperwork. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just knowing the area. It’s just a practical, everyday sort of place where we get things done without making a big fuss about it. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take phone calls when it's not too hot out. It works for us.
