We are located at Flat No. 302 in Hill Park Avenue, which is part of the Hill Top Colony in Erramanzil. It is a bit of a climb up here, but the view of the city isn’t bad. We have been running Prathyusha Agro Farms Private Limited from this Hyderabad office for some time now. It is a private company, but it feels more like a small family business because of how we handle things. We spend most of our time coordinating what happens on our farm plots. It involves a lot of logistics—getting seeds to the right place, making sure the irrigation is working, and talking to the people on the ground. Sometimes it feels like we are just professional problem solvers. If a tractor breaks down or the rain doesn’t come, we are the ones who have to figure out the next step. Our office in Erramanzil is where the planning happens. It is not a corporate showroom; it is just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of maps on the wall. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We grow things and we sell them, and we try to do it as efficiently as we can. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go according to plan, but that is just farming for you. We are just here doing our part every day.
