We run things for Pochampally.Com out of Flat 201 in the Dreamhome building. The address is 16-11-754 in Moosaram Bagh, which is part of Dilsukhnagar. Since it is a flat, it feels more like a house than a regular business office. We use the main room for most of the work, and the other rooms are full of stock. It is a bit tight sometimes, especially when we get a new delivery and have to find a place for all the bags and boxes. The balcony has a view of the street, and I sometimes stand out there for a minute just to get some air. Dilsukhnagar is always crowded, so being up on the second floor is a bit of a relief. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If someone calls, we usually have to go digging through a stack of boxes to find the right item. It is not a high-tech warehouse, but it works for us. The kitchen in the flat is where we keep the inventory records and the laptop. It is a bit informal, I suppose. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, and you can hear them through the door while we are trying to pack orders. We have been here for a while and the location is convenient for getting things to the courier. It is a simple, lived-in space.
