If you ever visit the New Fruit Market in Gaddianaram, you’ll find us at Shed No. A22. Being in the fruit market means our days start very early, often before the sun is even up. M J Fresh Import & Exports is right in the middle of all that activity in Kothapet. It’s a loud, vibrant place with trucks coming in from all over and people shouting prices. Our shed is where we manage the imports and exports of all the fresh produce. It’s not a clean, air-conditioned office; it’s a working shed with the smell of fruit and wooden crates everywhere. We deal with farmers, traders, and drivers all day long. The floor is usually covered in some kind of packaging material, and there’s always a sense of hurry because fresh goods don't wait for anyone. We don’t have time for fancy talk or corporate meetings. We just need to know what’s arriving and where it’s going next. The team here is used to the physical nature of the work. We drink a lot of tea from the market stalls and eat whenever we find a spare minute. It’s a tough environment but an honest one. We’ve been part of the Pnt Colony area for a while, and the market is like a second home to us. We just focus on keeping the fruit moving and the records straight as best as we can.
