Plus Travels

Our office is on the second floor of Lenaine Estate, which is a pretty old building in Abids. If you know where Chermas showroom is, we are basically right across the road from there. It’s a bit of a climb up to 4A, but that is where we keep all the files and the computers for booking stuff. Abids is always crowded with shoppers and cars, so it’s never quiet around here. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and trying to find the right dates for people wanting to go home or go on a holiday. It isn’t always easy because prices keep jumping around and customers get frustrated, which we understand. We just try to keep things moving. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to give someone their ticket, which is annoying, but we fix it and move on. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to navigate the booking systems. People drop in while they are out shopping nearby just to ask a quick question about a visa or a flight. We give them the information we have and then get back to the paperwork. It’s a simple setup with some desks and maps on the wall. We like being in this part of Hyderabad because everything is close by, even if the parking is a nightmare for everyone.
