Pinnakini Agro Solutions operates out of a flat in Mehdipatnam, specifically Flat 101 at 10-2-518 in Asif Nagar. It is a busy part of the city with lots of shops and people everywhere. Having a cold storage and agro business means we are always thinking about temperature and timing. The office is where we do all the logistics. It’s a regular residential building, so it doesn't look like a business from the outside. We have boxes and files tucked into every corner of the flat. Mehdipatnam is a great location because it is so well-connected, but the noise from the street never really stops. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles talking to drivers and warehouse people. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. Sometimes we have to go out to the storage sites to check on things, but this flat is our main base. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and eat our lunch. The team is small, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know the agro business can be unpredictable, especially with perishables, so there is always a bit of stress. But we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. It’s just a normal day at the office for us, keeping things moving.
