Peda Basavaiah Agro Farms & Properties Private Limited

We are located on the 3rd floor at D.No.8-2-269/11 on Road No. 2 in Khairatabad, Hyderabad. It's an interesting mix of agro farms and property work that we do. The office is in a building that has a lot of other businesses too. It can get a bit crowded in the hallway during lunch time. We have been working from this Banjara Hills area for a while. Dealing with properties and farms at the same time means we have to keep track of a lot of different documents. Our desks are usually covered in site plans or land records. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some old posters on the walls and the paint is peeling a bit near the window. We don't mind it though, as long as the work gets done. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who are interested in land. We don't use fancy sales pitches. We just show what we have and let people decide. Sometimes we have to travel out to the actual farm sites, which is a nice break from being in the city office. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't a huge company, just a small team trying to keep everything organized and moving forward. The 3rd floor can get hot in the summer because the building is old. We just keep a few extra fans running.
