Our office is located at Rikabgunj, right opposite the Association building. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know how narrow the lanes are and how busy it gets with all the traders and shoppers. It’s a bit of a maze to get here, but we’ve been at this spot, 21-1-823/12, for a long time. We work mostly with moulds and related products. It’s the kind of business where you’re always dealing with technical details that most people wouldn't find very interesting. The space is filled with samples and metal bits that have accumulated over the years. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who have been with us through everything. During the middle of the day, the heat in the old building can be quite something, so we drink a lot of tea and keep the fans going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the orders we have on our desk. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, which is frustrating, but that’s life in this area. We know our neighbors well and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s a traditional way of doing business, based on knowing people and doing the work without making a big fuss about it. Just daily life here in the heart of Rikabgunj, trying to get things finished.
