We are based over at the Dandu Mohanrao Apartment, which is right near the Health Quest Gym in the DD Colony area of Quadri Bagh, Amberpet. It is a bit of a long address, but once you find the gym, we are pretty easy to spot. The office is inside the apartment building, so it has a more lived-in, comfortable feel than a glass office tower. We have set up our workstations in a way that allows us to move between digital drawings and physical models pretty easily. There is always a bit of dust from old files and maybe the smell of coffee in the air. We spend our days here looking at site surveys and trying to figure out the best way to lay out a room or a whole building. Being in Amberpet, we get a good mix of people coming through. The office is not trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture or minimalist decor. It is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of shelves filled with technical books and past project folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or sitting in front of screens making tiny adjustments to a staircase or a window placement. It is steady work, and we just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It is a quiet place to focus on the details that go into a design, right here in DD Colony.
