Nirvanas Boutique

We are based in Red Hills Residency, which is House No. 11-5-154. Our unit is F No- 404, up on the fourth floor. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main Nampally roads. We’ve been running this boutique out of the flat for some time now. It’s not a walk-in shop like you’d see on the street; people usually call before they come up. We do a lot of custom work. The living room is mostly full of mannequins and racks of clothes. We do a lot of our designing right here on the dining table. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. Red Hills is a nice spot, very central, so it’s easy for people to reach us from different parts of the city. We have a lot of regular customers who live in the building or nearby. Sometimes the elevator in the residency is a bit slow, so you might have to wait a minute. We mostly work during the day when the light is good. It’s a homey atmosphere, not corporate at all. We usually have some music playing while we work on the embroidery. It's just us doing what we know how to do. We don't have fancy signs outside, just the door number. Most people find us through friends. It's a nice way to run a business because it feels very personal and we get to know everyone who comes by for a fitting.
