Our shop, New Modern Hair Saloon For Men, is located right in the Basanth Talkies Lane in Kachiguda. It is Shop number 3-4-284/7, and we are directly across from the Hylan Apartments. This lane gets quite a bit of foot traffic because of the apartments and the nearby shops. We have been cutting hair here for quite a few years. It’s a men’s place, so it is usually filled with talk about the news or what is happening in the neighborhood. We don't have any polished floors or expensive decorations. It is just a practical space with good lighting and sturdy chairs. Most of the guys who come here are looking for a quick trim or a shave before they head to work. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long, but sometimes on Saturdays, there is a bit of a queue. That is just part of being a local business. Kachiguda is a busy area and we are glad to be a part of it. We know the routines of the people around here. We open early enough for the morning crowd and stay open until the street gets quiet at night. It is a simple way of life, and we are happy to keep doing it for our regulars.
