Netra Boutique

We run Netra Boutique from an office space located at 11-3-292/42/1 in Srinivasnagar. It is more of a workspace than a fancy store. We spend our mornings sorting through different textiles and checking on the orders we have to finish. Srinivasnagar is a place we have grown quite used to over the years. The office is often filled with the sound of the iron steaming and the repetitive click of the sewing machines. We have shelves lined with different colors of thread and boxes full of buttons and hooks. It is a bit cramped because we have so many rolls of cloth taking up the corners. We don't really use a lot of fancy technology here. Most of our work is done by hand or on the old machines that we know how to fix ourselves when they act up. Sometimes we get a bit behind on things when a machine breaks or if the power goes out, which happens now and then. We just sit at our desks and focus on the details of the garments. It is a quiet life in Srinivasnagar, and we like the routine of it. We aren't trying to be the biggest boutique around, we just want to do a decent job on the clothes people bring to us. You can usually find us here from early morning until the sun goes down, just working away. If there is a bit of a delay, it is usually because we wanted to make sure the lining was perfect before we let it go out the door. We don't have a big marketing plan, just our needles and thread.
