Our office is at Door No 11-6-217 on Nampally Station Road. We are tucked into the Durga Bhavan Hotel Lane, which is right in the heart of the Nampally area. If you know the Gee Royal Lodge, we are directly opposite that. Being so close to the station means there is always a crowd. It is a very busy part of Hyderabad. The noise from the trains and the traffic is something we have just gotten used to over the years. Our space is small and simple. We do not spend much on decorations because we are usually too busy helping people with their bus tickets. It is a very practical setup. The lane can be a bit narrow, so it is better if you are walking. Many travelers who are staying in the nearby lodges come to us. We have been here at this Nampally address for a long time. People know us as the local travel guys who just get the work done. We do not have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just open the doors in the morning and start working on the bookings. It is a bit chaotic sometimes because of the location, but it is real. We are just a group of people working in a busy lane, making sure travelers find their way. That is pretty much our daily life here.
