Neelima Gadi Cherla

My name is Neelima Gadi Cherla. I work out of my place at Neelam Apartments in Ferozguda. It’s Flat No G-1, which is on the ground floor, so nobody has to worry about the lift not working or climbing too many stairs. Ferozguda is a bit of a distance from the main city hubs, but I like it that way because it is usually quieter. Being in Hyderabad 500037 has its own rhythm. I have set up a small corner in the flat where I can get my work done without too many distractions. My neighbors in the apartment complex are nice people, mostly families who have lived here for years. You can often hear kids playing outside in the evenings. It’s a very domestic setting, not like those glass office buildings in Hitech City. I think working from home makes things feel more grounded. I usually start my day early before the city gets too loud. If someone needs to drop off papers or meet, they just come to the gate and the watchman points them to G-1. It’s a simple arrangement. I don't have a big team or anything, just me handling my responsibilities from this flat. It’s been my base for a while now and it suits the way I like to live and work in this part of town.
