Universal Impex

You can find us over at Nampally Station Road, right opposite the SP Estate. We are up on the 2nd Floor of building No. 5-8-659/1/b. Universal Impex has been here for a while, and if you know the area, you know how loud and busy it can get near the station. There is always a lot of noise from the traffic and the people heading to catch their trains. It is a constant buzz that we have just gotten used to over the years. We spend our days up here on the second floor dealing with all the import and export paperwork. It is a practical space, mostly filled with shelves of folders and old ledgers. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices you see on TV. It is more about having a solid place to sit and get through the mountain of work we have. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples lying around, but we manage. Being opposite SP Estate makes it easy to give people directions, though finding parking on Nampally Station Road is always a bit of a nightmare. Most of us just take the public transport or park a few streets away and walk. It is a gritty, hardworking part of the city, and we fit right in with that. We just keep our heads down and make sure the goods are moving where they need to go, one day at a time.
