Modular Solutions

Our place is over at Plot No. 214 in Block- E of Shanthi Gardens. It is in Nacharam, which is a pretty active area with lots of workshops and homes mixed together. Modular Solutions is what we call ourselves. We spent a lot of time setting up this space. It is not a fancy showroom, it is more of a place where we actually build and figure things out. The dust from the neighboring plots can be a bit much sometimes, but we keep our doors shut. We have a few guys working here who have been with us since we moved to Shanthi Gardens. We don't have a big marketing budget. Most of the people who come to us are referred by someone we worked for before. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it is quieter here. We have some samples of our work sitting around the edges of the room. It is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The tea guy comes by at four every day, that is our only real break. We handle a lot of different projects, some small and some that take up the whole floor. It is hard work, but we like seeing a finished product. Nacharam is a good place for a business like ours because everything we need is close by. We just keep our heads down and work.
