Modullar Millennium

Modullar Millennium is located over at units 14 and 15 in the IDA Cherlapally area. Being in the Industrial Development Area means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and workshops. Our space is mostly dedicated to making modular units, so there’s always the sound of saws cutting wood or drills going off. It’s a dusty place, as you might expect with this kind of work. We have a small office tucked into one corner where we handle the paperwork and talk to customers who come by. We don't have a big showroom with lights and decorations. If you want to see what we make, you usually have to look at what’s currently on the workshop floor. We have a group of workers who have been with us for years, and they know the machines inside out. We don’t spend money on big advertising campaigns. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. It’s a simple operation. We get the materials in, we cut them to size, we assemble what needs to be assembled, and we ship it out. Sometimes the traffic in Cherlapally is a nightmare for our delivery trucks, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some high-end luxury brand. We just want to make decent modular products that serve a purpose. It’s just us doing our daily work in a noisy industrial estate with the tools we have.
