Wire Industries

We operate out of House Number 2-3-95 here in Hyderabad. It’s an older building that’s been used for industrial stuff for as long as I can remember. As the name says, we work with wires. There’s always rolls of different gauges sitting around, and the sound of cutting or spooling is pretty much constant during the day. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to store as much as we can in the limited space. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just rely on the folks who have been buying from us for years. The guys on the floor know their stuff and don't need much supervision. We just show up, see what orders need to be filled, and get to it. Sometimes we run out of a certain type and have to wait for a delivery, which can be a bit of a headache. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but we know where everything is kept. Hyderabad can get pretty hot, and the shop floor feels it, so we usually have the big fans running all day long. It’s just a basic operation. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy titles. Everyone just does a bit of everything, from loading the trucks to answering the old landline phone. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every week. We're just a small part of the city, doing our bit. People come and go, but the work stays the same.
