Mukala Viswa Vikranth Architect

I work out of H.No: 14-28 over in the P & T Colony area of Dilsukhnagar. It’s a bit of a quieter pocket compared to the main roads, which is good for focusing on architectural drawings. Being an architect here means I deal with a lot of residential and small commercial projects throughout Hyderabad. My office is pretty basic—just a desk, some good lighting, and lots of papers. I don't go in for those high-end, polished studio vibes. I’d rather focus on the math and the layout of a building. I spend a lot of my time thinking about how to make a small plot of land work better for a family. People in P & T Colony usually just know me by name. I try to be honest about what can be done and what costs too much. It’s about being a helpful neighbor who happens to know how to design houses. Sometimes I’m out on a site getting my shoes dirty, and other times I’m here drawing for hours. It’s a mix of different tasks every day. I like the challenge of fitting a modern design into the existing neighborhoods of Dilsukhnagar. It’s not always easy, but it’s interesting work. If you’re around the colony, you’ll probably see me walking to a site or grabbing a quick snack nearby. It’s a very local way of doing business without any corporate pretension.
