We run Mubarak Travels Haj & Umrah Service out of the Bade Miya Complex. Our specific unit is 5-8-328/3 on Chapel Road. If you are familiar with Nampally, we are right across from Hotel Anmol International. That hotel is a big landmark, so it helps people find us without getting lost in the backstreets. Hyderabad 500001 is a crowded area, and Chapel Road stays pretty busy throughout the day. We focus on the pilgrimage trips, mostly Haj and Umrah. It’s what we know. The office is just a regular room where we sit and go over all the paperwork and requirements. It can get a bit hectic during the peak seasons when everyone is trying to get their dates sorted at once. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s not a large place, but it works for what we need. People come in to ask about flights or how the visas are working these days. We just give them the information we have. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we sit for a minute. It’s a local operation, nothing too formal. If you're walking down Chapel Road, you’ll see our sign near the complex entrance. We usually have the doors open so people can just walk in and ask whatever they need to ask. It's a simple way of doing things, and we like being in this part of Nampally. There's usually a lot of noise from the cars outside, but it's home.
