Mayur Furniture

Mayur Furniture is based in Moosapet. We are a local furniture shop, but not the kind with big glass windows and bright lights. Our place is more of a workshop where you can hear the sound of saws and hammers all day long. It gets pretty dusty with all the wood shavings, but that just shows we are actually working. We make chairs, tables, and cabinets mostly. Sometimes people come in with a specific idea of what they want for their home, and we try to get the measurements just right. It is a lot of manual labor, but we like seeing a finished piece of furniture at the end of the day. The shop is tucked away in Moosapet, so it’s mostly locals who stop by. We don't use any fancy machinery; it’s mostly hand tools and a lot of patience. Sometimes a delivery takes a bit longer because we want to make sure the polish is dry or the legs are sturdy. We aren't some big brand that you see on television. It’s just us here, working with wood and trying to make things that last a long time. People around here know us for being straightforward about what we can do. If you walk into the shop, you'll probably see one of us covered in sawdust, but we’ll stop and talk about what you need for your house. It is a simple business run by people who know their wood and work hard.
