We’ve been here at Chela Pura Road for a while now. If you know the Tci Transport area, we're right near that. People come into Maruti Travel Agency mostly asking about train tickets or maybe a bus to somewhere nearby. It gets busy in the mornings. Hyderabad is a big place, and moving around takes time. We sit here at Door No 21-6-726 and try to get things sorted for whoever walks in. It’s not a fancy office. We have some chairs and a desk where we handle the bookings. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage to get the work done. Most of our regulars are from around the neighborhood. They know us by name. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us occupied. If someone needs a car for a wedding or just a trip out of town, we look at the schedules and tell them what’s available. It’s straightforward work. We don't promise things we can't do. If a bus is full, it's full. We just check the next one. The traffic on Chela Pura Road can be quite a lot during peak hours, so we usually tell people to come early if they need something printed or booked fast. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing every day. Just helping people get from one place to another without too much fuss. That is just the way it goes here.
