Maruthi Foods

Maruthi Foods is situated in Madhapur, very close to the Feenex Mall and the big Hitech City buildings. It’s a strange mix because our area has changed so much with all the new technology companies moving in. We are still doing things the old way, handling food products in a neighborhood that is now full of glass offices. Our building is much smaller than the malls, and it can be hard for people to find us the first time. We mostly focus on the packing and distribution side of things. The traffic in Madhapur is always a nightmare, so we have to plan our deliveries very carefully. Sometimes the trucks get stuck for hours just a few blocks away. Inside our unit, it’s all about the work. We have people sorting through items and getting them ready for the local shops. It’s not a very quiet environment because of the street noise and the fans we have to keep running. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything; you just walk straight into the workspace. We’ve seen the whole area grow from nothing into a big hub, but we just keep doing what we’ve always done. It’s a lot of hours and the work is tiring, but we like being part of the local community here, even with all the big changes happening around us every single day.
