Our office is located in Abids, which is one of the most iconic parts of Hyderabad. We are right beside Suraj Bhan Jewellers, so it’s a very easy spot for anyone to find. We go by Marks Architechtural Services. Abids is always humming with activity, and our office is no different. We have been here for quite some time now. Inside, you won't find anything too corporate. It’s mostly just desks piled with drawings and samples of building materials like stone and wood. We do all the standard architectural stuff, from the first sketches to the final plans. We spend a lot of time talking to local authorities and making sure all the paperwork is in order. It’s a big part of the job that people don't always see. Our team is small and we all do a bit of everything. One day we might be doing technical drawings, and the next we are out at a site in the sun. We like being in Abids because it feels like the center of everything. There’s a lot of history here. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just provide a straightforward service for people who need help with their buildings. It's about being practical and getting things built correctly. Most of our clients are locals who have been in the area as long as we have. It’s a good way to work and we plan to stay here for a long time.
