We operate out of Gopal Nagar in Malkajgiri, specifically at the address 18-5. It’s a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice for getting work done. At J. F. K. Imports & Exports, we handle the logistics of moving goods both into the country and out to other places. Our office is a modest space where we keep all our ledgers and computer systems. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of glass and steel; it’s more like a local house that’s been converted into a workspace. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs agents and transport providers. Every day brings a different set of challenges, whether it's a delay at the harbor or a missing piece of paperwork that we have to track down. The team here is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the ins and outs of the trade pretty well by now. We don't really use a lot of fancy business talk. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything moves as it should. Malkajgiri is a good place to be based. It has a local feel and everyone knows their neighbors. We usually take a break in the afternoon for some tea and a snack from the shop around the corner. It’s a simple routine, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the shipments as they come through.
