Majestic Mens Saloon has been around Siddiamber Bazar for quite some time now. If you know this part of Hyderabad, you know how busy it gets near the mosque and the Rajdhani Hotel. We are right there at S.No 15-1-503, just across from the ICICI Bank. Our shop isn't fancy with bright neon lights or anything, but we keep the chairs clean and the fans running. Most days start early here because the market wakes up fast. You can hear the traffic and people shouting outside while you sit for a shave or a quick trim. We see all kinds of people, from shopkeepers nearby to guys just passing through the bazar for work. It’s a small space, mostly just the mirrors, some old posters on the wall, and the sound of scissors. Sometimes it gets crowded on Sunday mornings, so guys just wait outside or lean against the wall talking. We don't do all that fancy stuff you see in malls. It is just basic haircuts and shaves for the local men who want to look decent without spending too much time or money. The location is easy to find because everyone knows the Siddiamber Bazar Mosque. We just open up the shutters, sweep the floor, and wait for the regulars to show up. It’s been like this for years and we like the routine of the neighborhood. The heat in Hyderabad can be a lot, so the water spray feels good and fresh on your face.
