Lucara Rice Land Overseas (Opc) Private Limited

Our office is in Padma Rao Nagar, taking up a few units from 107/1 to 20. It’s a big enough space for what we do. We handle rice, mainly looking at overseas markets. It sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, we’re just making sure the rice is good and getting it packed right. The area here is pretty busy, so there’s always something going on outside. We have a few people working on the computers and some others checking the samples we get in. It’s a one-person company on paper, but it takes a few of us to keep it moving. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything. It’s just a working office with plenty of files and bags of rice samples lying around. We spend a lot of time talking to people in different countries, which means some of us stay late because of the time differences. Padma Rao Nagar is a good location, easy for people to find. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job with the rice we trade. It’s a lot of checking and double-checking. The days go by fast when you’re busy with shipments. It is just basic trading work that keeps us on our toes. We have been in the rice business for quite some time now.
