Lotus Travels

Lotus Travels is based in Kachiguda, over at Qutbiguda. Our house number is 3-3-74 and we are in the F1-1 section. It’s a well-known neighborhood in Hyderabad. We are very close to the Reliance Digital, which is what we usually tell people to look for if they are having trouble finding us. The office is small and simple. We don't really go for anything fancy or expensive in terms of decor. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and the phones ringing throughout the day. People come by to ask about train tickets or to see if we can help them plan a trip to see family. We spend a lot of time checking dates and prices. The street outside can be quite noisy with all the rickshaws and cars, but that is just life in Kachiguda. We’ve been at this location for some time now and we know many of the people who live nearby. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have any big slogans or corporate policies that we talk about. We just show up in the morning, make some tea, and start working through the bookings. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we don't mind it. We just want to make sure the tickets are issued correctly and that our customers know where they need to go. We stay here until the evening when the shop finally closes up and we go home. It's a regular job for us and we stay busy.
