Le Sinai Farms Private Limited

Our office is right in the middle of Somajiguda, Hyderabad, in the Alpine Heights building. We are in B Block, Flat 705. It is a bit of a climb, but the view is okay from up here. Even though we are in a city apartment, our hearts are really out on the farms we manage. Le Sinai Farms is about looking after agricultural land and making sure things are growing the way they should be. Hyderabad is a very busy place, and being in Somajiguda means we are always around the noise and the hustle of the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to the plots we manage in the countryside. It is a different kind of farming life than being in a village, but the goals are the same. We want the land to be productive and the yields to be good every year. The office is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. My sister helps with the scheduling because it gets pretty chaotic during the planting season. We do not have a big mission statement; we just try to keep the farms running smoothly so the owners do not have to worry. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic for hours just trying to get to a site, but that is part of the job here. We are a small team, mostly family, and we just take it one day at a time.
