Lakme Salon

We are over at King Koti, specifically in the Agarwal Chambers at G1 and G2. The address is 5-9-1121 if you are looking for it on the map. It is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Hyderabad. We have been running the salon here for a long time. It is not like those super modern places you see in the malls. We are more of a neighborhood spot where people feel comfortable walking in. The morning starts with opening the shutters and cleaning up the stations from the day before. We get all sorts of people coming through the doors. Some want a whole new look and others just want their usual trim. Since we are in the Agarwal Chambers, there are always people moving around the building. King Koti is a busy area, so it never really gets quiet until late at night. We have our regulars who have been coming to us for years and years. They know our names and we know theirs. It is nice to have that kind of connection with the customers. Sometimes the city traffic makes it hard for people to park, but they still make the effort to come see us. We don't use any fancy language or try to be something we are not. We just do the work and try to keep everyone happy before they head back out into the Hyderabad heat. This place has history for us.
