Our office is located over at Plot No: 244 in Vasanthnagar, which is right in the heart of Kukatpally. It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve been operating from here for a good while. Dealing with exports and imports means we are always looking at clocks and calendars to see when stuff is arriving. The building isn't anything special, just a regular place where we keep our records and manage the logistics. It can get pretty cramped inside when we have a lot of documents piled up, but we keep it organized enough to find what we need. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses or families, so it feels like a community. We do a lot of back-and-forth communication with different ports and warehouses. It’s mostly computer work and phone calls. Sometimes we have to stay late if a shipment is coming from a different time zone. We don’t have any fancy titles or a corporate hierarchy. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. If the printer jams, someone fixes it. If the tea runs out, someone goes to get more. That’s how we run things at Inna Exports And Iimports. It’s a practical setup. We just focus on getting the goods from point A to point B without any extra fuss. It's a lot of logistics, but we're used to the pace of Kukatpally by now. We have been in this specific plot for years and it feels like home now.
