If you know Himayathnagar, you know it’s one of those parts of Hyderabad that has a lot of history and older buildings. We like being centrally located like this. Even though we are dealing with estates and farms that are usually far outside the city, this is where we do all the managing. It’s a simple setup on a busy street. You can hear the scooters and cars going by all day long. We don’t have a big flashy sign or a lobby. It’s just an office where we keep track of the land and the farming activities we are involved in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. Sometimes we have to leave early to drive out to the actual farms, but we always come back here to finish up. The 500029 area is a good place to be because it’s close to everything we might need. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to look after the estates properly. Most of the time, the office is just full of maps and maybe some old tea cups. It’s a very normal, human way of working. We don't follow any corporate scripts. We just deal with the land and the people involved as best as we can.
