Namdhari Impex sits right in the Mch Complex at Putli Bowli Kothi. The address is 1-512. It’s an old part of the city, and it feels like it. There’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve been operating out of this complex for a while now, handling all sorts of import and export tasks. It’s a lot of tracking boxes and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the month. We aren't fancy people. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work. Dealing with international trade from Kothi has its challenges, mostly with the tight streets and the constant flow of people. We have a small corner for our records and a place to sit and talk with clients. Most of our day is spent dealing with customs agents or checking on freight status. It can be stressful when a shipment is late, but we’ve learned to stay calm. We aren't trying to be the biggest in the world, just trying to do right by the people who trust us with their goods. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we keep the files clean. We like being in Putli Bowli. There is a lot of history here. We just fit in with the other shops and do our part. We hope to stay here for many years to come as the business grows slowly and we keep handling our regular orders.
