We open up in the morning, have our coffee, and start going through the day's messages and documents. We don't have a big marketing plan or a sales team. Most of the people we work with have known us for a long time. It’s a personal way of doing things. We’ve been at this address for many years and we don't plan on going anywhere else. We just focus on the work at hand and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who comes by. The traffic outside is constant, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the sound of papers shuffling and the occasional phone call.
