Keerthis Beauty Parlour

This parlour is located in Masab Tank, which is a very busy part of Hyderabad. We are quite close to Mahaveer Hospital and right beside the Santhi Nagar Club, so there is always a lot of activity around us. It’s a small shop where I do mostly basic beauty work for the local ladies who live in the apartments nearby. People stop in for small things like getting their eyebrows done or maybe a quick hair wash. I don’t have a big team or anything, it’s just me and sometimes a helper. The hospital nearby means there are always cars and people moving about, but inside the shop, it stays relatively quiet. I have a couple of chairs and a small area for facials. The mirrors are old but they work fine. I’ve been in Masab Tank for a while and I know many of the neighbors by name. They come in to chat while they wait their turn. It’s not a corporate place with fancy uniforms; I just wear my regular clothes and get to work. Most days are steady, though it gets a bit crowded on Sunday mornings when everyone is off from work. I try to keep everything clean and organized, but with a small space, it can get a bit cluttered sometimes. It’s just a simple neighborhood parlour where we do the daily work and keep things going one day at a time. We don't do anything special, just the normal things people need.
