We've been at Plot no 237 238, right across from the RTO office, for a while now. Running Kashmira Blend Of Fashion And Tradition is just what we do every day. It’s a mix of different styles, some newer things and some older ways of making clothes that people around here still like. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when people are coming in from the RTO to handle their paperwork, but we manage. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything like those big malls you see in the city. It’s mostly just us working here, sorting through fabrics and making sure things look right on the racks. The name sounds a bit long, but it pretty much says what's inside the shop. We try to keep the lights on and the doors open during regular hours, though sometimes things run a bit late if we're fixing a display or counting the cash. People stop by when they’re in the neighborhood, often asking for directions first because of where we are located. We know most of the regulars by name now, and we see them often. It’s just a normal workplace for us. We don't have a big team or a fancy office upstairs, just the space here on the plot. We spend a lot of time just organizing the different pieces, trying to keep the traditional stuff separate from the more modern outfits so it’s easier to find. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and hanging things up. That's our daily routine at Kashmira.
