Karthikeya Farmers Producer Companylimited

We are located in Yousufguda, right in Prashanthi Ram Towers. Our office is Flat No. 202A. It’s a busy building and a busy part of town. Running a farmers producer company from here means we do a lot of the back-end work that people don't always see. We spend our days on the phone with various farmer groups and figuring out where the next load of produce needs to go. Karthikeya is just the name we use for the paperwork. Most of the time, we are just the people sitting behind the desks trying to keep the schedules moving. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the files and folders we have to keep. We don't have a lot of space for anything that isn't necessary for the work. It’s not a shiny corporate office with a view. It’s a practical workspace where we can focus on the logistics. We have to deal with a lot of different people, from the farmers themselves to the folks at the market. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones are acting up, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't into making big promises or using fancy language. We just try to get the crops sold and the farmers paid on time. It is a lot of hard work and staying on top of the details, but that’s the job we chose. We just take it one day at a time here. It is just a normal way to work.
