We are based at 3-4-526/4 in Barkatpura. It’s an area that stays active throughout the day, and Ruchi Agro Products Pvt Ltd fits right into the mix. Our building is nothing too fancy, just a solid place where we can keep our records and manage the agro side of things. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the nature of agricultural products, so the desks are usually covered in forms and charts. There are a few of us here who have been working together for years. We know each other’s habits and how we like our tea. The office can get a little disorganized when we have a big season coming up, with samples of different grains or products sitting in small bowls on the windowsills. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and distributors, so the phones are always ringing at odd hours. Barkatpura is a good location for us because it’s easy for people to find, even if the parking around here can be a bit of a nightmare on the weekends. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just walk up the steps and you’re right in the middle of where everything happens. It’s a bit noisy and the files are starting to overflow the metal cabinets, but we know where everything is. We just keep our heads down and get the work done every week until Saturday afternoon.
