Our place is at D.No.25-48 in the Lingalathota Colony. That is in Payakaraopeta. We go by the name Iris Agro Farm India Private Limited. We have been working in the agriculture sector around here for some time now. Payakaraopeta is a good area for farming, and being in Lingalathota Colony puts us close to the people we work with every day. The office is not anything special to look at. It is just a functional space where we manage the farm operations and the trading side of things. We deal with various types of agro products. It is a lot of coordination between the farms and the buyers. Some days we are checking on the crops, and other days we are stuck at the desk at D.No.25-48 handling the billing. Iris Agro Farm India Private Limited is run by a few of us who grew up around farms. We know how the system works. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just try to keep things moving. The colony is usually peaceful, but we keep busy with the farm schedules. We have to keep track of the planting seasons and the pesticide applications. It is a full-time job that does not really have weekends. When the harvest is ready, everyone is on deck to help. We are just local people trying to make the farm business work in Payakaraopeta.
