Dewaker Agro Food Products & Exports

Our office is located at No. 461/g-1 in the M.I.G.-1 area of K.P.H.B. Colony. If you know Kukatpally, you know how busy it gets around here. We deal with agro food products and we also do some exporting. It sounds like a big operation, but it is actually just a few of us working out of this space. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or sitting at the computer dealing with all the shipping documents. Exporting food is not as easy as it sounds. There is so much paperwork and so many rules to follow every time. Sometimes a shipment gets stuck and we have to spend all day figuring out why. We handle things like grains and pulses. The office is usually full of samples and boxes. It is not a very tidy place, but we know where everything is. K.P.H.B. is a good location for us because it is close to a lot of other businesses. However, moving goods in and out can be a real headache because of the traffic on the main roads. We have been doing this for a few years and we have learned a lot along the way. We do not have a big sales team. We just talk to our customers and suppliers directly. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we just keep at it every single day. That's just how it is. It's a steady business for us.
