Kamalapuram Adarsha Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are Kamalapuram Adarsha Farmer Producer Company Limited, located at Hno 3-2 in Kamalapur. This is near Narsampet in the Warangal area. Our group is made up of local farmers who live and work right here. We use the word "Adarsha" because we want to do things the right way, but we are just regular people at the end of the day. The office is just a small room in a house where we keep a few chairs and some registers. Most of our actual work happens outside or at the market. We spend our time figuring out how to get better prices for what we grow and how to share the costs of things we all need. It is a very practical setup. There are no marketing people here, just farmers who know about crops like paddy or whatever else is in season. We often have to deal with the heat and the lack of water, which are common problems around here in Telangana. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't one. We are just a group of neighbors who thought it was better to work as a team instead of everyone doing their own thing. It can be a struggle sometimes, especially when the harvest isn't as good as we hoped, but we just keep at it. It is a simple, honest way to live and work in the village.
