Kadiri Br Farms Private Limited is situated at Plot No.794, Road No.40 in Jubilee Hills. It is a well-known area in Hyderabad, but our work is pretty grounded in the soil. We focus on farming and managing the land we have. Even though we are in a fancy neighborhood, the work itself is dirty and involves a lot of physical effort and planning. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons dealing with the administrative side of running a farm business. The office on Road 40 is where we keep all the files and have our meetings. It is a busy road so there is always something happening outside. We started this because we wanted to have a proper structure for our farming activities. It is not always easy. Some seasons are better than others. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Most of what we do is just talked about between farmers and those we sell to. We have a few staff members who help with the heavy lifting and the logistics. It is a real business with real challenges. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves. We just keep at it because the work needs doing. It is about the land and the crops at the end of the day. We try to be honest about how much work it actually takes to grow something.
