Kabitha Seeds India Private Limited is based out of 2-7-56, Excise Colony, right inside the Suchi Residency building. It’s a decent enough spot for us to run the business. We spend most of our time dealing with different types of seeds for the farmers around here. Seeds are the most important part of the whole process, if you think about it. If you don't start with something good, the whole season is a waste of time. We try to make sure what we have is reliable. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us in the office and some folks helping with the storage. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge marketing budget. We mostly talk to people directly and hear what they need for their next planting season. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the bags around, but we keep things moving. The colony is usually pretty quiet, which helps when we’re trying to get the orders sorted out. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people farm over the years. New varieties come out and old ones get retired. It's a lot to keep track of, but it's what we do. We like being part of the local agricultural scene. It’s not always easy, but there is a certain satisfaction in knowing you’re helping people grow their food. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
